These terms cover your use of this website. The terms of an actual sale are agreed directly between you and Rafael's Global Truck Toppers and Parts at the time of purchase, not here.

The website is not an offer to sell

Listings describe parts that were in stock when the page was last built. Stock is one-of-a-kind and moves quickly, so a part shown here may already be sold. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and availability is confirmed only when we confirm it to you directly.

Prices

Where a price is shown it is for the part alone, in US dollars, and excludes freight and any applicable taxes or fees. Where a listing says "call for price", no price has been set. Freight is quoted separately, to your delivery ZIP, before you commit.

Condition and fitment

Parts are described as accurately as we can, including marks and damage. Used parts are sold as-is and show wear consistent with age and use. Fitment is checked against the vehicle details you give us — please make sure those details are right, and send a photo of the part you are replacing where possible.

Photographs

Photographs are of stock at our premises. Some images show general racked inventory rather than one specific item; where that is the case the listing says so. Colours vary between screens.

Trade marks

Vehicle manufacturer names, models and logos are the property of their respective owners and appear here only to describe the fitment of a part. Rafael's Global Truck Toppers and Parts is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any vehicle manufacturer.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that listings are current at the moment you read them. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
