Mark everything
Parts are numbered in the yard so a phone call and a listing always refer to the same piece of metal.

Oversized items cost real money to move. You get the number before you decide, not after.

Jacob Ryan Rafael
Jacob started Rafael's Global in 2019 out of Bemidji, MN — buying, pulling and reselling the parts that are hardest to find and most expensive new: boxes, caps, gates and cab doors.
The yard runs on the same principle it started on. Every part gets marked, checked and described honestly, and the person who answers the phone is the person who can walk out and look at it for you.
